🔮 Booking Terms & Conditions

• All readings are non-refundable.

• Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

• No-shows or changes within 48 hours will forfeit the session.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct time zone when booking. Sessions are booked on EST.

• In-person sessions are held at:
  Exhale Wellness, 18 Bovard Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32176
  Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

• Virtual sessions will be held via Google Meet. Check your email for your session link.

🛍 Product Sales & Returns

• All physical products (journals, crystals, cards, etc.) are final sale unless damaged or defective.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
